As part of my role at uhb Software GmbH, I was responsible for 3rd level support of the AMONDIS software suite in the healthcare sector.

This role required deep technical expertise and strong analytical skills to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of mission-critical ERP and logistics systems used in hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Role & Responsibilities

3rd Level Support Engineer

I acted as the highest escalation level for complex technical issues, working closely with customers and internal development teams to resolve incidents sustainably.
