My name is Fabian Huber, and I am a Full-Stack Software Developer and Co-Founder with a passion for building modern SaaS applications and digital solutions. I specialize in frontend architecture, scalable backend systems, and project management, combining technical depth with a strong sense of responsibility and efficiency.

My professional journey began with an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for application development. After completing my training, I joined UHB Software, where I worked on healthcare, logistics, and finance projects. There, I gained experience in optimizing ERP modules, migrating legacy reporting systems from PowerBuilder to DevExpress, and developing tools that allowed teams and customers to customize their workflows more effectively. This environment gave me a solid foundation in performance optimization, enterprise software, and structured development practices.

At the same time, I co-founded Hexle, a startup focused on building SaaS platforms for events, gastronomy, and B2B/B2C services. At Hexle, I took on the role of Lead of Software Development and Architecture, responsible for driving our core product frameworks and managing projects from concept to delivery. Some of the key products I helped design and implement include Hexle Ticket (a digital ticketing system with online payments and QR-code scanning), SELF Reservations (a reservation platform for the gastronomy industry), and Hexle LZE (a time-tracking solution).

Currently, my main focus is on developing Framework V2, a robust Angular- and SpringBoot-based foundation for all future Hexle applications.

Technically, I am comfortable across the entire stack. On the frontend, I work with Angular, state management solutions like NgRx and Signals to create responsive, dynamic user interfaces. On the backend, I use Java/SpringBoot and C# to build secure, efficient APIs, and I have strong experience with relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL), including performance tuning, indexing, and caching. I also work with tools like Docker, GitHub/GitLab, and Sentry, while always keeping a focus on security, scalability, and maintainability.

Beyond technology, I believe in the value of leadership and collaboration. At Hexle, I am part of the leadership team, responsible for aligning technical development with business goals. I apply agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban, mentor interns and junior developers, and foster an environment where knowledge is shared openly. I also place a high priority on documentation, using Markdown-based workflows to keep processes lightweight yet effective.

My work is guided by three values: responsibility, innovation, and efficiency. I take ownership of projects and ensure quality, I embrace new ideas and technologies to push solutions forward, and I strive to make systems lean and effective for both users and teams.

Outside of work, I am a music producer and DJ, passionate about electronic music (especially bass house), and I also enjoy game development, having created custom plugins and multiplayer applications in my free time. These creative outlets fuel my problem-solving mindset and keep me connected to innovation from a different angle.
